Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.OverviewThis is a key role tied to the Medical Device Service & Repair (MD S&R) Salesforce application and team. The Product Owner, MD S&R will support day-to-day application development for products that support J&J MedTech franchises. This role will partner with the Product Manager and multiple J&J Operating Companies in order to interpret, document, prioritize and drive the delivery of application requirements. The Product Owner will play a key role in existing user support and training, requirements gathering & delivery, helping make design & business process recommendations and to build intuitive workflows and immersive user experiences.This is an individual contributor role that requires strong communication, collaboration and experience with leadership. The ability to build relationships, influence and drive execution in a fast-paced environment is critical. This role will report to a Program or Product Manager who is tasked with developing, integrating and launching software application solutions.Key Responsibilities

Work with all Operating Companies using MD S&R to drive an understanding of business value and adoption of the application as beneficial.

Assist in the creation & support of document requirements for upcoming application releases.

Assist in the requirements capture, grooming and refinement of stories with acceptance criteria.

Actively participate in all team sessions including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and story grooming.

Ability to successfully work with Agile teams (in-house and remote) within a highly collaborative environment.

Assist with the building, prioritizing, monitoring, and maintaining the application backlog, collect business prioritization for development.

Develop operational knowledge of Operating Companies & understand how MD S&R current & future requirements will bring user value.

Validate and approve that stories meet acceptance criteria and are complete.

Raise to management in case of the need to prioritize work based on team output and timelines.

Contribute to the training of application users on all aspects of application to enhance usage.

Work with developers to breakdown user needs into use cases and collaborate to refine requirements.

Lead partner expectations to align and prioritize application capabilities.

Engage with developers and quality teams to ensure requirements, design, documents and customer communications are updated.

Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across all user groups.

Functions independently with limited work direction and raises as appropriate.

Multi-lingual and cultural awareness.

Performs other duties assigned, as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, required.

Minimum of 4 years general work experience, required.

Minimum of 1 year working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role, required.

Relevant professional experience working with Commercial Sales, Sales Operations, Business Process, Systems Analysis, Supply Chain, Order Management, Inventory Management, preferred.

Knowledge of Salesforce platform, preferred.

Experience crafting work-flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio (or equivalent), preferred.

Experience working as a liaison between technological and support operations, preferred.

Experience using software applications equivalent to Jira, Visio, Project, Slack, Atlassian Jira, SAFe Agile, preferred.

Medical device industry, preferred.

Ability to travel up to 25% domestic and international, required.

This role will interact with middle & functional leadership of the J&J Medical Device sector. Specifically, personnel of regional service organizations. As required, this role may interact with external customers (e.g., biomedical department personnel).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year.
